Title:Načrtovanje in izdelava kontrolne priprave za geometrijsko kontrolo štancanih nosilcev dolivnih sistemov v avtomobilski industriji : diplomsko delo

Abstract:V moji diplomski nalogi sem opisal, kako je potrebna in kako se pripravi kontrola štancanega izdelka za avto industrijo. Pri tem pa sem informacije črpal iz podjetja Var d.o.o. Gornja Radgona, ki se vse od svoje ustanovitve ukvarja z izdelavo in razvojem orodij za motorna vozila. V diplomskem delu sem najprej na kratko predstavil podjetje Var d.o.o., nato sem v drugem in tretjem poglavju podrobneje opisal kontrolno pripravo in načrtovanje izdelave le-te. V slikah in z opisi sem prikazal tudi sestavne dele kontrolne priprave, materiala iz katerega je narejena in prikaz obdelave kontrolne priprave z vsemi izračuni in parametri. Po vsaki kontrolni pripravi je potrebno narediti pokalkulacijo oziroma ekonomsko analizo. Pokalkulacijo sem prikazal s pokalkulacijo realiziranih ur in stroškov obdelave. Takšna metoda je potrebna za določitev lastne in prodajne cene proizvoda, ki se ponudi na konkurenčnem trgu. Po končani analizi cen sem opisal končni izdelek in preizkus končnega izdelka, v mojem primeru kontrolne priprave, ki je bila narejena izključno za kontrolo štancanega izdelka nosilca dolivnega sistema v avtomobilski industriji.

Title:Planning and manufacturing of a monitoring device for geometric control of stamped carriers for the drainage system in the automotive industry
Abstract:In my thesis I described the requirements and the process of how to prepare an inspection of a stamped product for the auto industry. In making of the thesis, I used information from the company Var d.o.o., Gornja Radgona, which has been involved in the construction and development of tools for motor vehicles since their establishment. The thesis firstly briefly presents the company Var d.o.o., after which, in chapters two and three, I described the control device and the planning of its production. I also added pictures with descriptions of the components of said device, the materials from which it is made, and an example of its processing with all of the calculations and parameters. After each control process, an economic analysis has to be performed. I displayed the costs by calculating realized hours and the processing costs of the device. Such a method is necessary to determine the actual and the selling price of a product, which is to be offered on a competitive market. After finishing the price analysis, I described the final product and its testing. In my case, the control device, designed exclusively for the control of a stamped product, called halter for filling pipe system in the automobile industry.
