Title:Stres in izgorelost pri delu v podjetju KM inštalacije, d.o.o.

Abstract:S stresom se srečujemo v zasebnem in poklicnem življenju, ki lahko nastane kot posledica našega nenehnega prilagajanja na stalno spreminjajoče se okolje. Pogosto zasledimo pojmovanje stresa kot bolezen moderne dobe. Pri izdelavi magistrske naloge smo najprej pregledali obstoječo literaturo o obravnavani temi in v teoretičnem delu opisali pojme stres, vrste stresa in druge s stresom povezane pojave, kot so absentizem, prezentizem, fluktuacija, izgorevanje ter usklajevanje poklicnega in družinskega življenja. Ugotovili smo, da stres predstavlja telesno, duševno in vedenjsko reakcijo posameznika, ki se skuša prilagoditi zunanjim ter notranjim stresorjem. Ti stresorji se lahko pojavijo v ali izven delovnega okolja. Pomembno je, da prepoznamo simptome stresa in jih poskušamo obvladati oziroma premagati. Ukrepe za obvladovanje oziroma premagovanje stresa lahko izvajamo tako na ravni posameznika kakor tudi na organizacijski ravni z uvedbo raznih strategij ali programov za premagovanje stresa. V primeru, da simptomov ne prepoznamo, da je stresnih stanj preveč oziroma kadar so stresne situacije prepogoste, premočne ali trajajo predolgo, lahko to vodi do razvoja različnih zdravstvenih težav, ki jih lahko občutimo kot fiziološke, psihološke ali vedenjske posledice stresa. Stres lahko preide tudi v izgorelost, ki smo jo prav tako predstavili. V empiričnem delu smo se ukvarjali z zaznavanjem stresa in izgorelosti zaposlenih v podjetju KM inštalacije. Cilj magistrske naloge je bil ugotoviti stanje na področju stresa in izgorelosti v obravnavanem podjetju ter ugotoviti ali obstajajo razlike glede na demografske značilnosti anketirancev.

Title:Stress and burnout at work in company KM inštalacije, d.o.o.
Abstract:We are experiencing stress in our private and professional lives as a result of our constant adaptation to an ever-changing environment. We often see the concept of stress as a disease of the modern age. First, we reviewed the existing literature on the topic. In the theoretical part, we then introduced the concept of stress, types of stress and other stress-related phenomena such as absenteeism, presentism, fluctuation, burnout, and balancing work and family life. We have found that stress represents the physical, mental, and behavioural response of an individual who is trying to adapt to external and internal stressors. These stressors can occur in the work environment or outside it. It is important to recognise the symptoms of stress and try to manage or overcome them. Stress management and coping measures can be implemented at the individual and organisational levels by introducing various strategies or programs for overcoming stress. Failure to recognise the symptoms of stress, or when stress situations are too frequent, too strong or too long, can lead to the development of diverse health issues that can be felt as physiological, psychological or behavioural consequences of stress. Stress can also turn into burnout, which we have already emphasised. In the empirical part, we dealt with the perception of stress and burnout of employees of the company KM installation. The aim of the master's thesis was to determine the situation in the field of stress and burnout in the company and to determine whether there are differences according to the demographic characteristics of the respondents.
