Abstract:V diplomski nalogi so opisane sončne elektrarne in postopek fotovoltaike. Predstavljena in opisana je tudi zaščita sončnih elektrarn pred direktnimi in posrednimi poškodbami zaradi udara strele, saj je potrebno za nemoteno in varno obratovanje sončnih elektrarn upoštevati določene zahteve oziroma standarde. Podana je tudi najnovejša standardizacija s področja sončnih elektrarn in njenih elementov, da je njihovo obratovanje varno in učinkovito. Cilj diplomske naloge je spoznati strelovodno in prenapetostno zaščito sončnih elektrarn in na podlagi tega teoretično izvesti celovito zaščito za realne primere sončnih elektrarn, ob upoštevanju vseh standardov.

Title:Graphical approach to the selection of lightning protection for solar power plants
Abstract:The diploma describes solar power plants and the photovoltaic process. Also presented and described is the protection of solar power plants against direct and indirect damage due to lightning strikes, since it is necessary to comply with certain requirements and standards for the smooth and safe operation of solar power plants. The latest standardization in the area of solar power plants and its elements is also given, that the operation of solar power plants is safe and efficient. The goal of the diploma is to get acquainted with lightning and overvoltage protection of solar power plants and on the basis of this theoretically provide comprehensive protection for real cases of solar power plants, taking into account all standards.
