Title:Zasnova tehnologije varjenja zahtevnih varilskih del za nerjavne materiale : diplomsko delo

Abstract:Diplomsko delo zajema preizkušanje navadnega TIG postopka varjenja ter TIG postopka z dodajanjem vroče žice. Varili smo polcevno kačo na plašč iz avstenitnega nerjavnega jekla, pri čemer smo uporabili različne varilne ter formirne pline. Cilj je bil izbrati najkvalitetnejšo tehnologijo varjenja in kombinacijo varilnih parametrov. Računali smo varilne hitrosti in vnose energije ter primerjali parametre, ki so prikazani na raznih grafih. Izdelani so bili makro obrusi vzorcev, v laboratoriju pa sta bili izvedeni vizualna in penetrantska kontrola. Merili smo tudi trdote vzorcev po Vickersovi metodi, kar omogoča natančnejšo oceno kvalitete mikrostrukture zvarov ter produktivnosti varjenja. Na koncu smo določili najproduktivnejšo metodo ter izdelali WPS.

Title:Planning of welding technology of demanding welding works on stainless materials
Abstract:Diploma thesis consists of testing classic TIG welding procedure and TIG with addition of hot wire. We were welding half-pipe coil jacket on coat, made of austenitic stainless steel, where we used various welding and cutting gases. Goal was to pick the best combination of welding parameters. We calculated welding speed and energy input and were comparing parameters, that are shown on different graphs. Steel samples were made in laboratory then checked with visual and penetrant inspection. We were also measuring Vickers hardness, which can help evaluating the quality of weld's microstructure and productivity of welding. In the end we decided which method was the most productive and made WPS for it.
