Title:Monitoring živčnomišične blokade z metodo fonomiografije

Abstract:Teoretična izhodišča: Zdravstveni delavci stremijo h kakovostnejši in varnejši obravnavi bolnikov, pri čemer si pomagajo z monitoringom življenjskih funkcij bolnika. Nadzor globine živčnomišične blokade omogoča nadzor nad aplikacijo mišičnih relaksantov bolniku ter preprečuje pooperativne zaplete. Namen magistrskega dela je bil preizkus dveh metod: metode zaporedja štirih dražljajev in metode TOFcuff, za merjenje globine živčnomišične blokade. Raziskovalna metodologija in metode: Pri izdelavi magistrskega dela smo uporabili deskriptivno metodo dela. V empiričnem delu naloge smo s tehniko opazovanja preizkusili dve tehnologiji za nadzor globine živčnomišične blokade. Pri enem od bolnikov smo izvajali vzporedne meritve TOF in TOFcuf. Podrobneje smo analizirali napravo TOFcuff. Rezultati: V magistrskem delu smo ugotovili, da je prišlo do minimalnih odstopanj pri meritvah globine živčnomišične blokade med tehnologijo TOF in TOFcuff. Ugotavljamo, da tehnologija TOFcuff omogoča natančen nadzor nad globino živčnomišične blokade. Diskusija in zaključek: Tekom raziskovanja smo prepoznali nekaj pomembnih prednosti in slabosti obeh tehnologij, za nadzor globine živčnomišične blokade. Ugotavljamo, da je monitoring živčnomišične blokade uporaben v vsakodnevni praksi in je izrednega pomena za varnost bolnika, med splošno anestezijo.

Title:Monitoring neuromuscular blockade with phonomyography method
Abstract:Theoretical introduction: Employees in health care want to make healthcare more quality and safety, that is why they help themselves with monitoring patient life signs. Neuromuscular monitoring enables control of application muscle relaxant to the patient and prevent postoperative complications. The purpose of this thesis was to try out the method train of four and method TOFcuff of neuromuscular monitoring. Methodology of the research: We used descriptive method. For the research we tried out two technologies of neuromuscular monitoring. At one patient we did parallel measurements. In more detail we analyzed tehnology TOFcuff. Results: In this thesis we find out minimal deviation between TOF and TOFcuff. The research has shown us, that tehnology TOFcuff enables more precise control of neuromuscular blockade. Conclusion: In the research we recognized some advantages and disadvantages of both tehnologies for neuromuscular monitoring. We find out, that monitoring neuromuscular blockade is usefull in everyday practice and significant for patient safety during anesthesia.
