Title:Prikaz delovanja večopravilnega sistema v realnem času : diplomsko delo

Abstract:V diplomskem delu so opisane lastnosti večopravilnega vgrajenega sistema, opravila in njihovi atributi, delovanje strategij razvrščanja v večopravilnem sistemu ter delovanje programa. Za prikaz delovanja razvrščevalnika pri različnih scenarijih je bil nadgrajen program, ki izvede simulacijo razvrščanja opravil, katere rezultati so prikazani v ganttovem diagramu. Končni rezultat je aplikacija, napisana v programskem jeziku Java, ki omogoča prikaz razvrščanja opravil z dodanimi kritičnimi območji. Delovanje kritičnih območij je bilo implementirano pri strategijah razvrščanja EDF in priority. V primeru EDF smo tudi razširili analizo razvrstljivosti z upoštevanjem kritičnih območij in preklopnih časov za podani scenarij.

Title:Demonstration of a real-time multitasking system
Abstract:In this graduation project, features of multitasking system, tasks with their attributes, the use of scheduling strategies in multitasking systems and how program works is described. Program that was upgraded, demonstrates how scheduler works in different scenarios and displays task scheduling simulation in gantt chart. The end result is an upgraded application in programming language Java, that demonstrates task scheduling with added critical sections. Critical sections were implemented in scheduling strategies Earliest Deadline First (EDF) and Priority. In the case of EDF the schedulability analysis has been enhanced by taking into account critical regions and context switching times delays.
