Abstract:Diplomsko delo obravnava konstrukcijo sesalnega kolektorja in pozicijo vbrizgalne šobe na motorju dirkalnika Formula S. Začetek naloge obravnava informacije o projektu in pravilniku. Sledijo faze razvoja: koncept, skeniranje in optimizacija vseh sklopov, konstruiranje ter določitev napetosti v materialu. Na podlagi opravljenega skeniranja vseh potrebnih komponent motorja je bilo mogoče pravilno pozicionirati vbrizgalno šobo ter skonstruirati sesalni kolektor. Prikazani so rezultati simulacije sesalnega kolektorja.

Title:Designing the intake collector and positioning the injection nozzle on the engine of formula s
Abstract:The diploma thesis deals with the design of the intake collector and the position of the injection nozzle on the engine of Formula S. The development is divided into the following stages: concept, scanning, optimization, designing and determination of the tension in the material. After all the necessary engine components were scanned, correct position of the injector nozzle could be determined, and an intake collector was designed. The results of the simulation of the intake collector are shown in the conclusion.
