Abstract:Strateški management je v današnjem svetu eden izmed glavnih dejavnikov uspeha podjetja. Okolje v katerem deluje, je nepredvidljivo in polno sprememb, ki se jim je podjetje primorano nenehno in hitro prilagajati. Od vodilnih v podjetju se pričakuje, da bodo poznavanju in pravilni uporabi elementom strateškega managementa namenili veliko pozornosti, saj bodo le tako razvijali strategije, ki bodo podjetju zagotavljale dolgoročno rast in razvoj.

Title:Development planning of the researched enterprise
Abstract:In today’s world, strategic management is one of the main factors of a company’s success. The environment, in which it operates, is unforeseeable and full of changes, which force a company to adapt continuously and fast. The company’s leadership is expected to pay lots of attention to the knowledge and proper use of elements of strategic management, since this is the only way to develop strategies, which will ensure long-term growth and development of the company.
