Title:Prenova kreditno limitnega procesa za povečanje prodaje

Abstract:Problem Izvršnega področja veleprodaja trgovskega podjetja Mercator d.d. je podaljševanje trajanja procesa odobritve kreditnega limita. Kupec pričakuje informacijo o stanju kreditnega limita v realnem času, torej v času oddaje naročila, kar pa mu prodajna služba proučevanega trgovskega podjetja ne more zagotoviti, kar ima za posledico upad prihodkov podjetja. Prav tako prodajna služba nima na voljo strukturiranega prikaza podatkov o stanju terjatev in kreditnih limitov za obstoječe kupce ter potencialih novih kupcev. Uporabili smo metodo grafičnega prikaza za posnetek obstoječega stanja procesa za upravljanje s kreditnimi limiti kupcev in za komunikacije s prodajnim procesom. Na podlagi zbranih dejstev smo pripravili seznam predlaganih izboljšav. Učinkovitost predlaganih izboljšav smo ugotavljali z metodo intervjuja. Glavni rezultat predstavlja prenovljen proces za upravljanje s kreditnimi limiti kupcev in za komunikacije s prodajnim procesom. Izdelali smo model za oceno potencialnih kupcev trgovskega podjetja Mercator d.d. v trgovski dejavnosti. Pripravili smo tudi strukturiran izpis podatkov o finančnih informacijah kupcev na grafični - vizualni način kot rešitev za hitro in učinkovito spremljanje podatkov o kupcih.

Title:Renovation of the credit limit process to increase sales
Abstract:Problem of the Executive area of wholesale of Mercator d. d. is extended duration of the credit limit approval process. The buyer expects information on the state of the credit limit in real time, that is, at the time of the order, which the sales department of the studied trading company can not provide, which results in a decrease in the company's revenues. Similarly, the sales service does not have a structured presentation of the data on the balance of receivables and credit limits for existing customers and the potential of new customers. We used the graphic display method to record the current state of the process for managing credit limits of customers and for communication with the sales process. Based on the collected facts, we prepared a list of the proposed improvements. The effectiveness of the proposed improvements was determined by the interview method. The main result is the renewed process for managing credit limits of customers and for communication with the sales process. We developed a model for the evaluation of potential buyers of Mercator d.d. in a commercial activity. We also prepared a structured display of financial information for customers in a graphical - visual manner as a solution for fast and efficient monitoring of customer data.
