Title:Analiza natančnosti in zanesljivosti merilcev prometnih podatkov na AC/HC v RS

Abstract:V magistrskem delu je predstavljenih več vrst merilcev prometnih obremenitev, ki se uporabljajo v Sloveniji. Podatke teh obremenitev lahko pridobivamo z avtomatskim ali tudi ročnim štetjem prometa. Pridobljeni podatki so temeljna informacija o prometu, ki se odvija na naših cestah. Na avtocestah in hitrih cestah uporabljajo različne vrste merilcev prometnih podatkov, ki se med sabo razlikujejo predvsem po natančnosti in klasificiranju vozil. V raziskovalnem delu smo s primerjavo in analizo dobljenih podatkov avtomatskih števcev in ročnega štetja ugotavljali, katera vrsta avtomatskih merilcev prometnih podatkov je najbližje rezultatom ročnega štetja. Podatki, pridobljeni z mikrodetektorjem, so se glede na ročno štetje razlikovali za 0,9 %, podatki iz induktivne zanke pa za 2,8 %. Kljub nekaj težavam z videoposnetkom in subjektivnim pristopom pri razvrščanju vozil v posamezne kategorije, ki jih zaznavajo števci, lahko ugotovimo, da sta oba avtomatska števca zanesljiva. Natančnost je višja od 95 %, kar je primerljivo s podatki o posameznih števcih, zapisanimi v karakteristikah teh števcev.

Title:Analysis of the accuracy and reliability of traffic data measuring devices on the motorway of Slovenia
Abstract:In master project are represented several sorts of measurement tools of traffic burdens, which are used in Slovenia. We can gain data of these burdens with automatic counting or also with counting traffic by hand. Acquired data are the basic information about traffic, which takes place on our roads. On highways and motorways diverse sorts of traffic-data measurement tools are used, which are differentiated above all on accuracy and classification of vehicles. With comparison and analysis of gained data from automatic counters and counting by hand we were in research part discovering which sort of automatic counters of traffic data is the closest to the results of counting by hand. The data gained by micro-detector deviated from counting by hand for 0,9 % and the data from inductive loop for 2,8 %. Despite some problems with video recording and subjective approach by classification of vehicles in individual categories, which are recorded by counters, we can establish that both automatic counters are reliable. The accuracy is higher than 95 %, which is comparable with data about individual counters, written in characteristics of this counters.
