Title:Pomen vrtca in vloga vzgojitelja pri postavljanju pravil in mej v predšolskem obdobju

Abstract:V predšolski dobi otroka je zelo pomembno postavljanje pravil in mej, saj le-tako lahko sobivamo ter zadovoljujemo njihove in naše potrebe. V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge je predstavljeno, kako pomembno je postavljanje pravil in mej, na katere načine jih lahko postavimo in kako velik vpliv ima na to vzgojitelj predšolskih otrok v vrtcu. Z raziskavo smo v empiričnem delu raziskali, kdo v skupini in na katere načine postavlja pravila in meje ter zakaj je to tako zelo pomembno za otroka ter kako ukrepajo pri kršenju pravil in ali so pri tem dosledni ter ali pri tem obstajajo razlike glede na starostno skupino, starost strokovnih delavcev in delovno mesto. Vzorec zajema diplomirane vzgojitelje predšolskih otrok in pomočnike vzgojitelja iz vrtcev vzhodne regije. Podatke, ki smo jih zbrali z anketnim vprašalnikom, smo obdelali s pomočjo programa SPSS, pri tem pa smo ugotovili, da obstajajo značilne razlike pri postavljanju pravil in mej v skupini glede na starostne skupine, starost strokovnih delavcev ter delovno mesto.

Title:The meaning of the kindergarten and the role of the eductor for setting rules and bounderies in the preschool period
Abstract:In the pre-school age of a child, it is very important to set rules and boundaries, since this is the only way we can co-live and meet their needs. In the theoretical part of the diploma thesis the importance of setting rules and limits is presented, as well as the ways in which they can be set up and the importance of the educator of preschool children in the kindergarten. In the empirical part of the diploma thesis we researched who in the group sets the rules and boundaries and in what way, why is this so important for a child and how they react after violating these rules and whether they are consistent with following these rules and whether differences exist depending on the age group, the age of professional staff and the specific job. The sample includes graduated educators of pre-school children and assistants from the kindergartens of the eastern region. The data we collected with the questionnaire was processed using the SPSS program. Furthermore, we discovered that there are significant differences in the setting of rules and boundaries in the group regarding the age groups, the age of professional staff and the specific job.
