Title:Olajšave za spodbujanje zaposlovanja v invalidskih podjetjih

Abstract:Delo diplomskega projekta smo razdelili na dva delo, teoretični in praktični. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili invalidska podjetja ter njihove olajšave pri poslovanju, kdo so invalidi in kako jih delimo glede na njihovo kategorizacijo, kaj je poklicna rehabilitacija ter komu je namenjena, dotaknili pa smo se tudi teme problematike pri zaposlovanju invalidnih oseb. Nato smo predstavili tehnike ustvarjalnega reševanja problemov (listo oznak, morfološko analizo, metodo petih zakajev ter miselni vzorec) in jih na kratko opisali. S temi tehnikami smo želeli priti do rešitev zaposlovanja invalidov ter kaj storiti za njihovo večjo zadovoljstvo pri zaposlovanju ter obstoječi zaposlitvi. V praktičnem delu diplomskega projekta smo tehnike ustvarjalnega reševanja problemov uporabili v praktičnih primerih kot so: zaposlovanje invalidnih oseb v podjetjih, ustanovitev invalidskega podjetja, olajšave pri poslovanju invalidskih podjetjih ter na kakšen način povečati zaposlovanje invalidnih oseb in z njimi dobili odgovore ter možne rešitve na problematiko zaposlovanja invalidnih oseb. S tehnikami ustvarjalnega reševanja problemov smo ugotovili zakaj bi mogla podjetja zaposlovati več invalidnih oseb ter kaj storiti za večjo zadovoljstvo svojih zaposlenih. Ugotovili smo, da so invalidne osebe težje zaposljive ter, da potrebujejo večjo mero razumevanja in prilagojenosti na delovnem mestu.

Title:Reliefs to encourage employment in disability companies
Abstract:The work of the graduate project are divided into two work, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part we have presented the enterprises employing persons with disabilities and their privileges in commerce, who are people with disabilities and how they are divided according to their categorization, what is the vocational rehabilitation and for whom it is intended to touch her but we are also the themes of the issue in the employment of disabled persons. Then we were introduced to the techniques of creative problem solving (hall of fame labels, morfološko analysis method five zakajev and mind map) and briefly describe. With these techniques we wanted to get to the solution of employment of persons with disabilities and what to do for their greater satisfaction with employment and existing employment. In the practical part of graduate project we have techniques for creative problem solving used in practical situations such as: employment of disabled persons in enterprises, the establishment of the disability policy of the company, relief in the operations of the enterprises and in what way to increase the employment of disabled persons and with them get the answers and possible solutions to the problem of employment of disabled persons. With the techniques of creative problem solving, we discovered why couldn't companies hiring more people with disabilities and what to do for greater satisfaction of its employees. We have found that disabled persons more difficult to employ persons and that require a greater degree of understanding and adaptation to the workplace.
