Abstract:V tem diplomskem delu bom predstavil sistem MES, katerega razvoj je potekal znotraj podjetja in je del razvojnega okolja. MES je sistem za upravljanje proizvodnje, kateri nam omogoča tako kontrolo kot tudi zapisovanje dogodkov v proizvodnji. Predstavil bom načrtovanje uvedbe MES, trenutno stanje in načrtovane prihodnje nadgradnje sistema. Nadgradnje omenjenega sistema bodo pomemben dejavnik v nadaljnem razvoju ter rasti podjetja. S pomočjo rezultatov, pridobljenih iz proizvodnje, bomo presodili, kako dobro se do sedaj izkoriščajo stroji v proizvodnji ter kje imamo še prostor za izboljšave (optimizacijo). Najpodrobneje bom predstavil ustvarjena poročila znotraj sistema, saj izrazito prikazujejo pridobljene rezultate poročanj iz proizvodnje. Prav tako bom predstavil izračune OEE in učinkovitosti zaposlenega, kot ene bolj pomembnih kazalnikov proizvodne učinkovitosti. Predstavil bom vsako od kreiranih poročil posebej ter podrobnejši opis principa delovanja sistema in njegov pomen za uporabnike. Ugotovili bomo, da lahko sistem MES in njegovo orodje za ustvarjanje poročil uporabimo za veliko pomembnih izrisov rezultatov, vendar ti velikokrat zahtevajo veliko časa in poznavanja proizvodnje.

Title:Automatization of production with mes system in company podkrižnik d. o. o.
Abstract:In this diploma thesis I will present the MES system. The development of this system is one of business priorities in our company and is a part of the development planning. MES is a production management system that enables us to control as well as record events in production. I will present original plans and goals for the implementation of MES at our production site, the present features of the program and our plans for future system upgrade that will have a significant impact on the future of the company's development. By using the results obtained from production we will evaluate how well the production machines are used and where do we still have room for improvement (optimization). This thesis will present generated reports within the system as they clearly show the obtained results of production data. I will also present OEE and employee performance calculations as some of more important production effectivness indicators. I will explaine each of the created reports, describe composition and its meaning for users. We will conclude that MES system and its tool for generating reports can be used for generating important reports but they require a lot of our time and detailed understanding of our production processes.
