Title:Smotrnost uporabe električnih vozil pri distribuciji lokalno pridelane hrane

Abstract:Logistika pri dostavi pokvarljive hrane je eden izmed najzahtevnejših procesov v lokalnih prehranskih verigah, predvsem zaradi temperaturne občutljivosti blaga. Potrošniki so prepoznali prednosti lokalno pridelane hrane, zato se transport na lokalni ravni nenehno povečuje, kar vpliva tudi na razvoj novih logističnih procesov. Celovit logistični proces pa ni le finančno in časovno učinkovit, temveč tudi v skladu z načeli okoljevarstva. V preteklih letih se je veliko govorilo o možnosti zmanjšanja vplivov na okolje s povečanim obsegom lokalne distribucije. Vpliv na okolje, ki ga povzroča transport, se lahko zmanjša z uporabo alternativnih virov energije, kot sta sončna ali električna energija. V diplomskem delu poskušamo oceniti možnost zamenjave fosilnih goriv z električno energijo pri transportu lokalno pridelane hrane. Primerjali bomo stroškovno, okoljevarstveno in časovno učinkovitost električnega vozila ter na podlagi analize raziskave določili model poti, ki je značilen za pridelovalce lokalne hrane v Sloveniji.

Title:Possible use of electric vehicles in distribution of locally produced food
Abstract:Logistics in perishable food movement is one of the most demanding processes in local food chain, sprecially because time and temperature sensitivity of the transported goods. Popularity of fresh local food is growing so better and new logistics processes will be in order to move this amount of fresh product annually. Optimal logistics process is not only time and financially efficient, but also enviromental friendly, and that is the main reason why the possible contribution of local food chains to the reduction of energy consumption has been hotly debated in recent years. Enviromental impact during transportation of fresh food can be lowered by using alternative energy sources like electric power or solar energy. This study is about possibility of replacing fossil fuels with electrical energy as a source of power in distribution of locally produced food. We will compare the cost, environmental and time efficiency of the electric vehicle. On the basis of the research we will determine the model of the path, which is typical for local food producers in Slovenia.
