Abstract:	V diplomskem delu smo za izbrano podjetje predstavili problem prostorske stiske pri povečanju proizvodnje. Podjetje namreč namerava v prihodnje povečati svoje proizvodne kapacitete. V diplomskem delu je izdelana analiza trenutnega števila paletnih mest in ali je skladišče dovolj veliko za povečanje proizvodnje. Najprej smo izdelali analizo obstoječega stanja, pri čemer smo zbrali čim več podatkov in čim bolje spoznali delovanje podjetja, predvsem proces skladiščenja. Nato smo izdelali kritično analizo, pri čemer smo s pomočjo vzročno-posledičnega diagrama izpostavili vzroke, ki vplivajo na pomanjkanje skladiščnega prostora. Ugotovili smo, da je glavni problem dvig kapacitete. Na slednjega smo se osredotočili in v nadaljevanju podali rešitve tako, da smo izračunali število paletnih mest, ki jih bo podjetje potrebovalo ob povečanju proizvodnje, velikost skladišča za uskladiščenje potrebnih paletnih mest in predlagali notranjo ureditev skladišča. Na koncu smo ugotovitve strnili in podali zaključke.

Title:	Warehouse planning in the company of pharmaceutical industry
Abstract:	In thesis we presented the problem of lack of space in the warehouse because of the increase of their production capacities. The company intends to increase its production capacities in the future. In the thesis the analysis of the current number of pallets is made and whether the warehouse is large enough to increase production. First, we made an analysis of the existing situation, we gathered as much data as possible and made an effort to get to know the company as much as possible, especially the warehousing. Furthermore we made a critical analysis whereby the cause and effect diagram highlighted the causes that affect the problem, lack of space. We found out that the main problem is the increase of production capacities. In the next chapter we focused on the before mentioned main problem and suggested the solutions by calculating the number of necesarry pallet space that the company will need with the project of increasing the production , the size of the wareouse that they will need and we also suggested the layout and internal arrangement in the new warehouse. In the end we summarized the researched and reached the conclusion.
