Title:Metodologija vrednotenja stanja vozil po prometni nesreči

Abstract:Diplomsko delo obravnava tematiko metodologije vrednotenja stanja vozil po prometni nesreči. Tema dela se predvsem osredotoča na delo cenilca, kako poteka njegovo delo, kako se sooča s problematiko potencialnega suma na avtomobilsko zavarovalniško goljufijo in kako poteka birokracija od nezgode, tj. škodnega primera, do končnega zapisnika oziroma škodnega spisa po cenitvi. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in praktičnega dela. V teoretičnem delu so v prvih petih poglavjih opisana področja, ki morajo biti razjasnjena, preden se pobliže pogleda samo cenilčevo delo. Predstavljena je zgodovina zavarovalništva na splošno ter v tujini in v Sloveniji, nato so na kratko pojasnjeni osnovni pojmi, ki se pojavljajo in uporabljajo v svetu zavarovalništva, za tem so predstavljene goljufija na splošno in avtomobilske zavarovalniške goljufije, za konec pa še delo cenilca in njegove lastnosti. V praktičnem delu je poudarek na metodologiji vrednotenja stanja vozil po prometni nesreči, kjer so podrobno predstavljeni koraki oziroma metode, ki jih cenilec uporablja pri svojem delu. Koraki so predstavljeni vsak v svojem podpoglavju ter so ubesedeni in opremljeni s slikami za lažjo predstavljanje njihovega dela.

Title:Methodology of post-traffic accident vehicle evaluation
Abstract:The topic of the diploma is the methodology of post-traffic accident vehicle evaluation. The focus of the diploma is mainly on the work of the valuer, its workflow, handling the problem of the potential suspicion of a car insurance fraud, and course of the bureaucracy from the accident, i.e. loss event, to the final record or the damage claim after the valuation. The diploma work consists of the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the first five chapters describe areas that need to be clarified before taking a closer look to the valuer's work. The history of insurance in general, abroad, and in Slovenia is presented. Later, the basic concepts that appear and are used in the insurance business are briefly explained, followed by fraud in general and car insurance fraud, and finally the work of the valuer and its characteristics. In the practical part, the emphasis is on the methodology of post-traffic accident vehicle evaluation, where the steps or methods used by the valuer's work are presented in detail. The steps are presented in separate subchapters and are provided with pictures to facilitate the presentation of the valuer's work.
