Opis:Operativno-komunikacijski center (v nadaljevanju OKC) je najmlajša operativna služba policije, ki je bila kot takšna ustanovljena leta 1992. Javnosti je omenjena služba poznana predvsem po interventni telefonski številki 113, na kateri klice sprejemajo, obravnavajo in evidentirajo policisti OKC. V Sloveniji je na osmih Policijskih upravah (v nadaljevanju PU) organiziranih osem OKC PU, katerih namen je izvajanje vseh potrebnih postopkov za zagotovitev prvih nujnih ukrepov policije na kraju dogodka (Gradišnik in Ristič, 2012). Magistrsko delo obravnava analizo narave dela policistov OKC PU LJ. S pomočjo vprašalnika smo izvedli empirično raziskavo med 28 policisti OKC PU LJ. Na podlagi analize pridobljenih podatkov smo želeli ugotoviti, ali prihaja do statistično značilnih razlik med izkazano samoučinkovitostjo in usposobljenostjo policistov OKC PU LJ in njihovo delovno dobo ter funkcijo, ki jo opravljajo na delovnem mestu. Nadaljnje smo želeli ugotoviti, kateri so tisti dejavniki, ki vplivajo na zaznavo samoučinkovitosti policistov OKC PU LJ na delovnem mestu. Ugotovitve raziskave so pokazale, da pri zaznavi samoučinkovitosti in usposobljenosti policistov OKC PU LJ na delovnem mestu ne prihaja do statistično značilnih razlik niti glede na delovno dobo niti glede na funkcijo, ki jo policisti OKC PU LJ opravljajo na delovnem mestu. Na podlagi ugotovitev smo sklenili, da so policisti OKC PU LJ za delo dobro usposobljeni, sebe pa ocenjujejo kot samoučinkovite. Prav tako pa so ugotovitve raziskave pokazale, da komuniciranje med policisti OKC PU LJ in napotenimi policisti vpliva na zaznavo samoučinkovitosti policistov OKC PU LJ na delovnem mestu. Iz tega je razviden velik pomen dobrega sodelovanja policistov OKC PU LJ s policisti na terenu, saj boljše komuniciranje med policisti OKC PU LJ in napotenimi policisti vodi k večji zaznavi samoučinkovitost policistov OKC PU LJ na delovnem mestu.

Opis:The Operations and Communications Center (hereinafter OCC PD) is the youngest police operations service and was established in 1992.The mentioned service is to the Slovene public known by the intervention phone number 113, where emergency calls are received, processed and recorded by police officers of the OCC. In Slovenia there are eight police departments (hereinafter PD), where eight OCC PD’s are organized and all necessary processes to assure the first urgent measures at the crime scene are carried out (Gradišnik and Ristič, 2012). The thesis discusses the nature of work analyses of police officers of the OCC PD LJ. With the help of a questionnaire, an empirical research was carried out with 28 police officers of the OCC PD LJ. On hand of the collected data, the goal was to find out if there are any statistically typical differences between the perception of self-efficiency and qualification of officers of the OCC PU LJ and their length of service and function at work. Furthermore, the factors that influence the self-efficiency perception of police officers of OCC PD LJ at their workplace were also of interest. Results of the research have shown that there are no differences in self-efficiency perception and qualification of police officers of OCC PD LJ on their workplace regarding statistically typical differences in regard to their length of service or function, which officers of OCC PD LJ have at their workplace. According to the conclusions, police officers at the OCC PD LJ are very qualified for their work and see themselves are self-efficient. The data of the research has also shown that communication between officers of OCC PD LJ and the directed officers influences the perception of self-efficiency of the police officers of OCC PD LJ at their workplace. Therefor the importance of good cooperation between officers of OCC PD LJ and police officers on the field shows that to be of great importance as better communication between officers of OCC PD LJ and officers on the field shows better perception of self-efficiency of police officers at OCC PD LJ at their work place.
