Title:Vgradnja senzorskega sistema za pogon električnega kolesa in izdelava ohišja za hlajenje ter zaščito elektronike

Abstract:To diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov. V prvem elektronskem delu spoznamo postopek izdelave 74 V baterijskega paketa, ki omogoča obratovanje trifaznega motorja moči 3 kW, od začetne ideje do končne izvedbe. Zraven pa še postopek izdelave prožilno močnostne enote za MOSFET tranzistorje, izračun dc-link kondenzatorja in namestitev BMS naprave. Pri izdelavi baterijskega paketa nam je priskočilo na pomoč podjetje Comtron, ki nam je omogočilo uporabo njihove naprave za dvosmerno točkovno varjenje baterij. Pri izdelavi prožilno močnostne enote pa smo si pomagali z nasveti podjetja Emsiso. Pri drugem strojnem delu diplome je prikazano konstruiranje in izdelava celotnega ohišja baterije ter nosilcev ohišja baterije.

Title:Installation of the sensor for electrically powered bike and manufacture of casing for protection and cooling of the electronics
Abstract:This thesis consists of two parts. In the first, electronic part we get to know the manufacturing process of the 74 V battery pack, which enables the operation of a three-phase engine with 3 kW power, from the initial idea to the final design. In this part, we also get to know the process of producing drivers for MOSFET transistors, calculation of the dc-link capacitor and installation of a BMS device. When making the battery pack, the Comtron company helped us by letting us use their device for the two-way spot welding of batteries. We have also considered advice from the Emsiso company when creating the driver. In the second, machine part of the thesis, the construction and production of the entire battery casing and the battery casing holder are shown.
