Abstract:V tem delu je predstavljeno načrtovanje procesorskega tiskanega vezja za električno kolo, ki bo uporabljeno na tekmovanju. Vsebuje prilagoditve napetosti digitalnih in analognih vhodnih signalov ter zaščite pred uničenjem mikrokrmilnika. Sledi načrtovanje izdelave aluminijastih nosilcev celotne elektronike električnega kolesa s CNC tehnologijo ter načrtovanje ohišja elektronike z manjšimi nosilci za procesorsko vezje, ki bodo izdelani s tehnologijo 3D tiskanja. Predstavljena je tudi izdelava manjših nosilcev in težave, ki se pri tem lahko pojavijo. Ker gre za kompaktno ohišje, je pomembna postavitev vsake notranje komponente. Procesorsko tiskano vezje, ohišje in nosilci so en del celote električnega kolesa, ki ga sestavljajo komponente več avtorjev.

Title:Printed circuit board production of processing electronics and carrier with casing creation for all electronics of the electric bicycle
Abstract:The paper presents the process of designing a processor printed circuit board for the electric bicycle which will be used in the competition. It contains voltage adjustments for digital and analog input signals and protection against destruction of a microcontroller. Furthermore, the paper introduces plans for production of the aluminum carriers of the complete electronics of the electric bicycle with CNC technology as well as plans of the electronics casing with smaller carriers for processor printed circuit board that will be manufactured using a 3D printing technology. There is also a presentation of the production of smaller carriers along with the problems that may occur. The position of each internal component matters since we are dealing with a compact case. The processor printed circuit board, casing and carriers represent one part of the entire electric bicycle made up of components of several authors.
