Abstract:
Cilj diplomskega dela je nadgradnja merilnega sistema za testiranje univerzalnih motorjev. Zaradi potrebe po preverjanju zanesljivosti delovanja motorja želimo izmeriti njegovo elektro mehansko karakteristiko. Na voljo smo imeli obstoječ merilni sistem, ki ga je bilo potrebno preučiti in nadgraditi za čimbolj avtomatizirane meritve. Uporabili smo merilno opremo proizvajalca MAGTROL, ki je vodilni izdelovalec opreme za takšna testiranja. Izvajali smo meritve motorja z in brez regulacije vrtljaje. Pri reguliranemu sistemu smo tudi preverjali učinkovitost regulacije.

Title:
Upgrading of the measuring system for the testing of universal motors
Abstract:
The goal of the thesis is upgrading of the measuring system for the testing of universal motors. Due to the need to test the reliability of the motor we want to measure the electro mechanical characteristics. We had an existing measurement system, which had to be examined and upgraded for as much as possible automated measurements. We used the measuring equipment manufactured by MAGTROL, which is a leading manufacturer of equipment for such testing. We performed measurements with and without speed control. For the system with speed control we also examined the efficiency of regulation.
