Abstract:V organizacijah so danes prisotne različne vrste in načini delovanja.

Title:Organizational energy
Abstract:Today, different types and modes of operation are present in organizations. However, the organization needs to be interconnected. One of the ways is also the management of human resources, which deals with employee management. It takes care of their motivation, allocates employees to workplaces and has many other tasks that are of key importance to any organization. Today, we can no longer imagine companies without human resources management. It is precisely because of the changes that are happening extensively on the edge of the work that it is important to connect the organization to one another. Organizational energy also contributes to this. Organizational energy is divided into four sub-energies: productive energy, comfortable energy, corrosive energy and the energy of indifferent interactions. By doing this, when a review is carried out and, consequently, determines which energy the organization is dominating, the organization can take action and encourage the development of certain energy. Thus, organizational energy was also measured in Nigrad, where we came to the realization that the company is dominated by productive energy. This type of energy, however, strives to work towards achieving common goals and promoting activities to achieve the goal.
