V kontekstu lažnih novic se posledično postavlja vprašanje o možnostih zlorabe take tehnološko napredne animacije.

Title:Improved realistic facial animation and its potential influance on media
Abstract:Animation today is an indispensable tool in film production, television shows or series, computer games and applications. Increasing needs are followed by substantial investments in the development of technology which makes it possible to achieve high levels of realism. In the context of fake news, the question arises as to the possibility of malicious use of such technologically advanced animation. In this thesis, we thus explore how people recognize realistic facial animations and what potential impact they might have on the media. Firstly, we describe the most advanced facial animation techniques, based on which we conducted a study of animation recognition ability. The results have shown which are the good practices in the implementation of such animations and which improvements can potentially affect the media in the future.
