Abstract:Danes je zelo pomembno, da znamo učinkovito teksturirati 3D modele. Čeprav smo pogosto omejeni s številom mnogokotnikov, pa želimo 3D modele kakovostnega videza in z navideznimi detajli. Doseganje tega ni preprosto in zahteva smisel za umetniško oblikovanje. BodyPaint 3D omogoča teksturiranje modelov s pomočjo projekcijskega slikanja . Cilj diplomske naloge je ustvariti čimbolj kakovostne teksture, ki bodo nizkomnogokotniškim 3D modelom dodale navidezne podrobnosti, ki so sicer zmodelirani samo na visokomnogokotniških modelih. Želimo dokazati, da se zgolj s teksturo na nizkomnogokotniškem modelu da ustvariti učinek visokomnogokotniškega modela.

Title:Texturing of low polygon models in BodyPaint 3D
Abstract:Nowadays, it is very important to know how to effectively texture 3D models. Although we are often limited with the number of polygons, we want 3D models to look high quality and have details. That process is not simple and requires artistic ability. BodyPaint 3D allows texturing with projection painting. The objective of the diploma is to create high quality textures that will make low polygon 3D models appear as though they have the modeled details of the high polygon 3D models. We want to prove that texture can make even a low polygon model appear high polygon.
