Title:Vpliv spremembe parametrov asinhronskega stroja na indirektno vektorsko vodenje v orientaciji rotorskega magnetnega sklepa

Abstract:V diplomskem delu je predstavljena analiza spremembe parametrov asinhronskega stroja na indirektno vektorsko vodenje. Pri izvedbi vektorskega vodenja asinhronskega stroja je ključnega pomena poznavanje položaja in velikosti rotorskega magnetnega sklepa, kar se v praksi najpogosteje določa z indirektno metodo. Pri določanju ustrezne orientacije na podlagi indirektne metode je potrebna točna informacija o vrednosti rotorske časovne konstante. Ta časovna konstanta je odvisna od rotorskih parametrov, katerih zaradi nedostopnosti do rotorskega navitja (kratkostična kletka) ni mogoče neposredno meriti. Med obratovanjem se parametri stroja spreminjajo, največkrat zaradi segrevanja. Ta sprememba vpliva na izračun položaja in velikosti vektorja rotorskega magnetnega sklepa. Zaradi napačne orientacije pri vodenju posledično prihaja do povišanih izgub ter nezmožnosti zagotavljanja enakega električnega navora kot v normalnem stanju. V okviru diplomskega dela sta izvedeni obe analizi predstavljenega problema, torej simulacijska in eksperimentalna. Problem poudarja predvsem vpliv spremembe rotorske upornosti. Na podlagi predstavljenih rezultatov je bilo ugotovljeno, da sprememba rotorske upornosti vpliva na učinkovitost vodenja uporabljenega asinhronskega stroja, vendar je ta vpliv v obravnavanem primeru relativno majhen in je za potrebe manj zahtevnih pogonov pogosto zanemarljiv.

Title:Parameter sensitivity in indirect vector field-oriented control of induction machines
Abstract:In this work the analysis of induction machine parameter sensitivity in indirect vector field oriented control is presented. When performing vector control of induction machines, knowledge of the position and amplitude of the rotor magnetic flux linkage is crucial. This is in practice usually determined using an indirect method. Using the indirect method, exact information of the rotor time constant is required to provide adequate orientation. This time constant depends on the rotor parameters which cannot be measured directly due to the inaccessibility of the rotor winding (squirrel cage). However, the machine parameters change during operation, mostly due to heating caused by various power losses. A change in the machine parameters leads to incorrect calculation of the position and amplitude of the rotor magnetic linkage vector. This furthermore leads to increased power losses and inability of the machine to provide the same electric torque compared to tuned operation. In this work both numerical as well as experimental analysis of the discussed problem are carried out, where mainly the influence of the variation of rotor resistance is analyzed. Based on the obtained results, it was found that the variation of rotor resistance affects the operation of the analyzed induction machine. This influence is, however, in the presented case relatively small and can be negligible for the group of small general purpose drives.
