Title:Kompetenčni profil specialista za upravljanje s človeškimi viri v logističnem podjetju

Abstract:Skozi magistrsko delo spoznamo in analiziramo delovno mesto specialista za upravljanje s človeškimi viri ter pripravimo ustrezen kompetenčni profil. Nenazadnje izbrano delovno mesto neposredno sovpada s smerjo študija, v sklopu katerega je delo nastalo. V magistrski nalogi predstavljamo, kako pomembne so kompetence v organizaciji, kako pomembno je njihovo prepoznavanje, ugotavljanje in vključevanje v delovni proces. Želeli smo poudariti, da so prav zaposleni skupaj s svojimi lastnostmi, sposobnostmi in znanjem največje bogastvo organizacije. Vsako podjetje se mora tega bogastva zavedati, saj je od tega odvisen uspeh organizacije in uspešnost doseganja ciljev. Namen raziskovalnega dela je bil izbrani organizaciji ponuditi rešitev na področju kompetenčnih modelov za izbrana delovna mesta. Glavni cilji raziskovalnega dela so bili določitev in analiza kompetenc specialista za upravljanje s človeškimi viri ter izdelan seznam kompetenc z opisi in stopnjami zahtevnosti. Rezultat raziskovalnega dela je izdelan kompetenčni profil specialista za upravljanje s človeškimi viri v izbrani organizaciji, ki vsebuje urejen seznam vseh kompetenc s posameznimi opisi. Cilj naloge smo dosegli s kombinacijo različnih metod, in sicer fokusne skupine, intervjuja, skupinske povratne analize ter vprašalnikov, katerih rezultate smo statistično obdelali. S pomočjo fokusne skupine smo oblikovali hipotetični model kompetenc za delovno mesto specialista, na osnovi katerega smo oblikovali dva vprašalnika, ki so ju izpolnjevali zaposleni v organizaciji in študenti na Fakulteti za organizacijske vede v Kranju v programu Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih sistemov. Z rezultati anketnih vprašalnikov smo dobili posamične in tudi skupne rezultate ocen pomembnosti kompetenc ter predloge za dopolnitev kompetenčnega modela, ki smo postavili s pomočjo fokusne skupine. Primerjali smo povprečne ocene kompetenc med zaposlenimi in študenti ter prikazali pomembnost razlik pri ocenjevanju pomembnosti kompetenc. Z raziskavo smo želeli poudariti pomen prepoznavanja in določanja kompetenc za posamezna delovna mesta ter pomen učinkov uporabe kompetenc v delovnem procesu. S pomočjo ugotovitev smo na koncu izdelali kompetenčni profil in podali morebitne predloge prihodnje obdelave.

Title:Competency profile for human resource specialist in logistic organization
Abstract:Through the master's thesis, we introduce and analyze the workplace of a human resources specialist and prepare an appropriate competency profile. After all, the chosen workplace directly coincides with the field of study in which research was done. In the master's thesis, we present the importance of competencies in the organization and also how important is to recognize, identify and integrate competencies into the work process. We wanted to emphasize that the employees, together with their characteristics, abilities and knowledge, are the greatest capital of the organization. Each company must be aware of this capital, because it depends on the success of the organization and achieving goals. Offering the solution to the selected organization in the field of competency models for selected jobs, was the main purpose of the research work. The main objectives of this research were identifying and analyzing the competencies of a human resources specialist and also creating a complete list of competencies with its descriptions and difficulty levels. The final result of the research work is competency profile of the human resources specialist in the selected organization, which contains an ordered list of all competencies with individual descriptions. The aim of this work was achieved with a combination of different methods, such as focus group, interview, group feedback analyzes and questionnaires, which were statistically processed. With focus group method, we formed a hypothetical competency model for the workplace of a human resources specialist. Based on hypothetical competency model we created two questionnaires, one for employees in the organization and one for students, who attend the program Organization and Management of Human Resources and Educational Systems at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Kranj. With the results of the survey we received individual and joint results of importance of competencies and proposals for creating final competency model, which was based and set up by the focus group. We compared the average ratings of competencies among employees and students and showed the importance of differences in evaluating the importance of competencies. With this research we wanted to emphasize the importance of identifying and determining competencies for individual workplaces and the importance of the effects of using competencies in working process. All findings in this paper help us to create a competency profile and give proposals for future processing.
