Abstract:Namen tega diplomskega dela je razviti varnostni sistem za vodenje pogona električnega kolesa, kar vključuje določanje in vgradnjo ustreznih senzorjev, ustrezno konfiguracijo le-teh ter zajemanje in obdelavo signalov v uporabne informacije. Drugi del diplomske naloge se nanaša na prenos vrtilnega momenta na pogonsko kolo, kar vključuje določanje ustreznega prestavnega razmerja, načrtovanje ustreznega gonila, naročanje mehanskih komponent (jermenic in verižnikov) in njihovo mehansko obdelavo, načrtovanje in izdelavo potrebnih delov (nosilca motorja in vmesne gredi, vmesno gred in celotno konstrukcijo). Ta diplomska naloga je nastajala vzporedno še z drugimi petimi diplomskimi nalogami s skupnim ciljem sestaviti električno kolo.

Title:Development of safety systems for power system control of electric bike
Abstract:The purpose of this graduate work is to develop the safety systems for power system control of electric bike, which includes selection and installation of sensors, appropriate configuration, capturing and processing signals into useful information. Second part of this work focuses on transfer of rotation torque to driven wheel, which includes selection of appropriate transmissions’ gear, construction of proper transmission, ordering mechanical components (pulleys, chainrings) and its’ mechanical treatment, construction and production of required parts (motor and middle shaft bracket, middle shaft and whole construction). This work was made simultaneously with other five theses with common purpose to build an electric bike.
Keywords:three phase permanent magnet synchronous motor, Hall sensors, absolute encoder, electric bicycle, protection, control, sensors, TMS320F28335, two-level reductor
