Abstract:V diplomskem projektu smo v teoretičnem delu raziskali in spoznali pojma zadovoljstva pri delu in pripadnost zaposlenih. Oba pojma smo predstavili v teoretičnem delu, kjer smo s pomočjo domače in tuje literature pojma podrobno opisali ‒ iz česa je sestavljeno zadovoljstvo, kateri dejavniki imajo učinek na njo in kakšne so posledice zadovoljstva oziroma nezadovoljstvo za organizacijo. Pri pripadnosti smo opredelili njegov pomen za podjetje, spoznali dejavnike in dva modela pripadnosti. V empiričnem sklopu diplomskega projekta smo raziskovali dejansko raven zadovoljstva in pripadnosti v izbranem podjetju. Ugotavljali smo, s čim so zaposleni najbolj zadovoljni, kateri je po njihovem mnenju ključen dejavnik, ki vpliva na zadovoljstvo in v zadnjem sklopu empiričnega dela raziskovali, kako se pripadnost spreminja glede na delovno dobo, ki jo ima zaposlen v izbranem podjetju.

Title:Analyze of satisfaction and affiliation in company x
Abstract:The theoretical part of the thesis covered the research and analysis of the concepts of job satisfaction and employee affiliation. It covered the definition of both concepts and, with the help of local and international authors, described in detail the contents of employee satisfaction (what it constitutes of), factors affecting it, and the consequences of (dis)satisfaction for the organization. It then defined the importance of employee affiliation for the company, outlined factors influencing affiliation and analyzed two models of employee affiliation. The empirical part of the thesis examined the actual state of satisfaction and employee affiliation in the company under study. It showed the findings of what satisfies employees most and which, in their opinion, is the key factor affecting satisfaction. The last part of the empirical work researched how employee affiliation varies according to the employee tenure in the selected company.
