Title:Optimizacija izdelave ročajev kuhalnih in hladilno-zamrzovalnih aparatov : diplomsko delo

Abstract:Na trgu se vedno znova pojavljajo zahteve po znižanju stroškov proizvodnje. Ker je konkurenca na trgu vedno večja, nam preostane le, da obstoječe procese izdelave poenostavimo do te mere, da bo v danem času mogoče izdelati več kosov. Diplomska naloga obravnava optimizacijo proizvodnje ročajev v podjetju Aluminium Kety Emmi d. o. o. Optimizacija je potekala upoštevajoč orodje stalnega napredka Kaizen, kateremu podjetje posveča veliko pozornost. Glavni del optimizacije predstavlja zasnova in izdelava nove vpenjalne naprave. Ta je, pri CNC obdelavi, ki je predstavljala ozko grlo pri proizvodnji ročajev, dvignila proizvodnjo ročajev in s tem bistveno prispevala k optimizaciji proizvodnje. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da lahko z dobrim študijem dela in z relativno majhnimi denarnimi vložki bistveno pocenimo proizvodnjo in CNC operaterju olajšamo delo.

Title:Optimization of the production of handles for cooking and refrigerating-freezing appliances
Abstract:The demands to reduce production costs are repeatedly appearing on the market. Since the competition on the market is growing, there is no other alternative but to simplify the existing manufacturing processes to the extent that we will be able to produce more pieces in a given time. The diploma work deals with the optimization of the production of handles in Aluminum Kety Emmi d. o. o. The optimization was carried out considering the continuously improving Kaizen tool. The company devotes a lot of attention to this tool. The main part of the optimization is the planning and making of a new clamping device. This device has, by CNC processing, which represented the bottleneck of the production of handles, increased the production of the handles and by that it has substantially contributed to the optimization of the production. It has been ascertained that we can substantially cheapen the production and facilitate the work of the CNC operator by thorough work studies and relatively small money inputs.
