Title:Povezanost stresa in izgorelosti

Abstract:Če se na vse omenjene pritiske in spremembe ne odzovemo s počitkom, lahko to pripelje do zloma oziroma do izčrpanja tako na telesnem kot na duševnem in čustvenem področju in sicer vse do izgorelosti. Glede na veliko različnih teorij, kako sta si pojma stres in izgorelost podobna, nas bo zanimalo, ali dejansko obstaja kakršnakoli povezava med njima in ali je stres res glavni razlog, da pride do izgorelosti. Izgorevanje na delovnem mestu lahko negativno vpliva na uspešno poslovanje podjetja, ampak je potrebno znake in simptome prepoznati že v zgodnji fazi. S pomočjo analize o stresu in izgorelosti bomo videli, kakšen vpliv imata stres in izgorelost na področja v življenju in ocenili ali smo ljudje res pod stresom. Zaradi vseh pritiskov imamo čedalje več skrbi in dela ne opravljamo več z istim entuziazmom kot smo ga pred časom, ko nadrejenim optimiziranje ni bilo tako kot pomembno kot danes, ampak so imeli večji poudarek na zaposlenih. Analizo smo opravljali med ljudmi, kateri imajo redno zaposlitev, ugotovili pa smo, da smo ljudje čedalje bolj pod stresom, ni pa še vredno take pozornosti. Osredotočili se bomo na problematiko, s katero se v današnjih časih srečuje veliko ljudi, in sicer nas bo zanimalo s kakšnimi posledicami se lahko soočamo zaradi stresa in izgorelosti. S stresom se ljudje srečujemo tako v osebnem življenju kot tudi na delovnem mestu. Pri stresu se večkrat sprašujemo, ali smo zanj krivi sami ali pa nas do tega pripelje okolje, delovno mesto in določeni cilji, pritiski in pričakovanja. Naše življenje je čedalje bolj natrpano z obveznostmi – na delovnem mestu se od nas vedno več zahteva, ne smemo ignorirati družinskih odnosov, prav tako pa je vse bolj pomembna tudi izobrazba.

Title:Connection of stress and burnout
Abstract:If we do not balance the constant pressure, changes and expectations with periods of rest, this can lead us to breakdown and exhaustion both physically and emotionally, leading to complete burnout. A number of theories outline the similarities of stress and burnout, whereas the focus of this thesis is whether they are in fact related and whether stress is the main reason leading to burnout. Workplace burnout can negatively impact business, which is why recognizing the early signs and symptoms is even that more important. With the help of the stress and burnout analysis presented in this thesis, we see the impact stress and burnout has on different facets of people's lives, which allows us to estimate whether people are really experiencing stress. Constant pressure and worry leads us to lose our initial enthusiasm for work, which is also very much connected to the fact that our superiors now find work process optimization more important than workforce and the development of the individual. The analysis we perform among the people, which have regular employment and we find out that people are becoming more and more stressed out, but not worth such attention. Stress and burnout are topics many people deal with in today's fast-paced environment. As the focus of this thesis, we are interested in their related implications. People face stress in their personal as well as professional lives. Often, we might ask ourselves whether we are the reason; we experience stress or whether it results from the pressures of the environment, the workplace, goals, expectations and results. Our lives are becoming increasingly filled with obligations; workplace demands are growing, family relationships need to be nurtured and proper education is increasingly important.
