Opisani sta delovanje in uporaba nastavljivega amortizerja kot celovitega sklopa. Izdelan je preračun vzmeti, s pomočjo metode končnih elementov (FEA). S pomočjo FEA analize smo predstavili, na katerem delu je posamezen nosilni element najbolj obremenjen. S pomočjo simulacij in pridobljenih grafov smo prikazali obnašanje vozila pri različnih obremenitvah na različnih profilih cestišča. Cilj diplomskega dela je izbrati optimalno nastavitev nastavljivega amortizerja vozila. Na pravilno nastavitev vpliva več parametrov hkrati. Pri tem sta bili upoštevani varnost in udobje med vožnjo. Language: English Simulations and calculations of the characteristic of an adjustable shock absorber The thesis is about components of the adjustable shock absorber. The operation and use of the adjustable shock absorber as a circuit are described. Also, a FEA calculation was made by means of which we conducted the spring analysis. With the help of FEA analysis we presented which part of the single element is the most burdened. Using the simulations and obtained graphs. We showed the behaviour of the vehicle at different loads on different road profiles. The aim of the thesis is to choose the optimal setting of the adjustable shock absorber of a vehicle affected by several parameters at the same time. In this regard, both safety and driving comfort were taken into account. Simulation, vehicle, shock absorber, spring, FKE-finite element method
