Title:Obravnava šolskega otroka v kabinetu za zdravstveno-vzgojno in preventivno dejavnost v zobozdravstvu

Abstract:Teoretična izhodišča. Zdrava ustna votlina je pomembna za fizično in psihično zdravje ter je v tesni povezavi z zdravjem celotnega telesa. Bolezenske spremembe v ustni votlini zaradi pogostosti še vedno predstavljajo precejšen zdravstveni ter družbeni problem. Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti obravnavo šolskega otroka v kabinetu za zdravstveno - vzgojno in preventivno dejavnost v zobozdravstvu ter preko študije primera s pomočjo teorije V. Henderson ugotoviti ali starši in otrok skrbijo za higieno zob. Metodologija raziskovanja. Diplomsko delo temelji na uporabi deskriptivne metode dela. V raziskavi je bila uporabljena kvalitativna metodologijo. S pomočjo tehnike intervjuja, ki je vseboval vprašanja odrtega tipa, smo izvedli študijo primera. Rezultate intervjuja smo opisno predstavili. Rezultati. Ugotovili smo, da 14 osnovnih življenjskih aktivnosti po Virginiji Henderson zagotavlja kakovostno in kontinuirano zdravstveno nego. Z izpostavljenimi negovalnimi diagnozami smo ugotovili, da zaradi nepravilne ustne nege potrebuje otrok pomoč pri vsakdanjih aktivnostih ter da ima otrokov odnos do ustne nege velik vpliv na celotno družino. Diskusija in zaključek. Daleč največ zobozdravstvene vzgoje opravi medicinska sestra. Ta mora za uspešno delo oblikovati stališča, pričakovanja, cilje in k sodelovanju pritegniti bodoče starše, otroke, vzgojitelje, učitelje, zdravstvene delavce v zobnih ambulantah, otroških in šolskih dispanzerjih.

Title:Dealing with schoolchildren in the room for health-educational and preventive activities in dentistry
Abstract:Theoretical basis. Healthy oral cavity is of key significance for physical as well as mental health of the whole body. Due to their frequent occurrence, pathological changes in oral cavity still present a considerate health and societal problem. The aim of this diploma thesis is to present school child treatment in the cabinet of health-educational and prevention activities in dental care medicine and to establish whether parents and children provide dental hygiene care. Case study and V. Henderson theory were used for that purpose. Research methodology. The diploma thesis is based on the use of descriptive working method. For the research purposes, qualitative methodology was used. The case study was carried out with the help of interview technique containing open type questions. The results of the interview are desciptive described. Results. It has been established that 14 basic life activities according to Virginia Henderson guarantee quality and continuous medical care. With the stressed care diagnoses, it has been established that because of inappropriate oral care children need assistance with everyday activities and that the children's attitude to oral care has a great influence on the whole family. Discussion and conclusion. Nurses carry out far the most dental care educational activities. To do the work successfully, they have to form viewpoints, expectations and goals as well as make parents-to-be, children, pre-school teachers, teachers, health care staff in dental clinics, children's and school clinics.
