Title:Optimiranje linij mestnega avtobusnega prevoza v Mariboru na podlagi koncepta lepljenja tras

Abstract:Motivacija potnikov, da bi uporabljali javni prevoz, je v veliki meri odvisna od njegove učinkovitosti, ki se kaže predvsem v tem, da sta čas čakanja na postajališču in čas vožnje čim krajša. Seveda obstajajo še drugi dejavniki, kot so cena, varnost, odnos osebja itd. Za zagotavljanje visoke ravni storitev na področju prevoza potnikov moramo imeti tudi zelo učinkovit sistem javnega mestnega prevoza potnikov. Tega zagotavljamo s sodobnim voznim parkom, optimalno postavitvijo postajališč, ki pa so pogojena z optimalno mrežo linij. V magistrskem delu smo predstavili dejavnike, ki vplivajo na povpraševanje po javnem mestnem potniškem prometu v mestu Maribor, in njihov vpliv na načrtovanje linij. Bolj podrobno smo predstavili klasifikacijo linij glede na mestno središče in njihov pomen ter vpliv na delovanje javnega mestnega potniškega prometa. Za lažje razumevanje potovalnih navad prebivalcev mesta Maribor in načrtovanje linij smo podrobno predstavili potovalne matrike za vse mestne četrti in krajevne skupnosti, ki spadajo v Mestno občino Maribor. Na podlagi analize potovalnih matrik in obstoječega voznega reda je bilo ugotovljeno, da imajo določene krajevne skupnosti in mestne četrti med seboj slabe avtobusne povezave oziroma te sploh ne obstajajo. Za izboljšanje ponudbe javnega prevoza potnikov v mestu Maribor smo na podlagi koncepta lepljenja linij predlagali spremembo tras avtobusnih linij številka 7 in 21.

Title:Optimizing urban bus lines based on the principle of pendulum lines between opposite suburbs in Maribor
Abstract:The motivation of passengers to use public transport in most cases depends on its efficiency, which is mainly reflected in the fact that waiting time at the stop and driving time are as short as possible. Of course, there are other factors, such as price, safety, attitude of staff, etc. In order to ensure a high level of passenger transport services, we must also have a very efficient public passenger transport system. We provide this with a modern fleet, an optimal installation of stops, which are conditioned by an optimal network of lines. In the master's thesis we presented the factors that influence the demand for public urban passenger transport in the city of Maribor and their influence on the design of lines. We presented in more detail the classification of lines according to the city center and their importance and the impact on the operation of public urban passenger transport. For better understanding the travel habits of the inhabitants of the city of Maribor and the planning of lines, we have presented in detail the travel matrices for all urban districts and local communities belonging to the municipality of Maribor. Based on the analysis of travel matrices and the existing timetable, it was found that certain local communities and urban districts have poor bus connections, or they do not exist at all. To improve the offer of public transport of passengers in the city of Maribor, based on the concept of line gluing, we proposed to change the routes of bus lines number 7 and 21.
