Title:Priprava in analiza naprednih prevlek na osnovi hidroksiceluloze na kovinskih substratih za biomedicinske aplikacije

Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo pripravili in analizirali napredne prevleke na osnovi 2-hidroksietil celuloze na nerjavnem jeklu AISI 316LVM. Na nerjavno jeklo smo zaporedoma nanašali plasti. Pri tem smo naredili sistem s petimi nanosi (3P2DCF) in sistem s šestimi nanosi (3P3DCF). Ugotavljali smo kako se sprošča zdravilna učinkovina diklofenak v odvisnosti od časa v PBS-u, pri čemer smo ugotavljali kinetiko sproščanja in merili koncentracijo z UV-VIS spektroskopijo. Z ATR-FTIR smo karakterizirali nanešene plasti na nerjavnem jeklu in nerjavno jeklo brez nanosov. Z AFM smo ugotavljali topografijo nerjavnega jekla in nerjavno jeklo z nanosi pri obeh sistemih. Na koncu smo preverjali še korozijsko odpornost z elektrokemijskimi analizami, in sicer z elektrokemijsko impedančno spektroskopijo (EIS) in ciklično polarizacijo (CP). Ugotovili smo, da lahko s pripravljenimi nanosi nadzorovano sproščamo zdravilno učinkovino. Nerjavno jeklo z nanosi je korozijsko odporno (bolj odporno pri sistemu s petimi nanosi) in ga lahko uporabimo v organizmih.
