Abstract:V diplomski nalogi proučujemo dejavnike motivacije za delo zaposlenih v Logistični brigadi. Anketni vprašalnik smo anketirancem razdelili v tiskani verziji. Vsa anketna vprašanja smo ustrezno analizirali, statistično in grafično obdelali, kritično obravnavali in ugotovitve zapisali.

Title:Motivation factors for employees in the Logistics brigade of the Slovenian armed forces
Abstract:In the diploma thesis, we research the motivation factors for the work of the employees of the Logistics Brigade. There is a military organization which has 1,315 employees (March 2018) and it is specific, both because of its advantages and the sensitivity of its handling (limitation). The main problem in this topic is mainly seen in the reduction of the number of employees in the Logistics Brigade of the Slovene army. There were recorded over 230 cases of leaving from the Logistic Brigade in 2017, due to resignation or dismissal from the army. There were over 820 leavings from the Logistic Brigade in the four-year period 2014-2017. In military terminology, it means a whole battalion of the employees less. Therefore, we believe that the topic is important and we would like to research it in the diploma thesis. Firstly, we studied domestic and foreign literature, in the field of motivation and motivation theories. The questionnaire was distributed in a printed version. The survey was carried out in the LOGBR units and was conducted from 26th of February 2018 to 20th of March 2018. We would like to research the motivation factors of the employees for the work. The results of the research showed that the employees of the Logistics Brigade of the Slovene army are motivated to the work. There was also found that the superior leader is a motivator and the employees trust him. We defined the criteria that positively influence to the motivation and the criteria that negatively influence to the motivation, or demotivate the employees of the Logistics Brigade. Both positive and negative factors of motivation were ranked according to their power of the influence. All the survey questions were adequately analyzed, statistically and graphically processed, critically discussed and recorded. We also critically discussed about the goals of the diploma thesis, analyzed the data and the proposed the appropriate solutions to improve the state. In the final chapter of the diploma thesis, we made the recommendations for the needs of the employer and proposed the solutions in the individual areas.
