Title:Konstruiranje dvižnih klešč pomožnih zapornic hidroelektrarne

Abstract:V diplomskem delu je predstavljen postopek konstruiranja dvižnih klešč pomožnih zapornic hidroelektrarne. Konstrukcija dvižnih klešč mora zadostiti vsem dimenzijskih zahtevam in biti zasnovana tako, da bo prenašala vse obremenitve, ob tem pa mora biti kar se da izkoriščena, enostavna za izdelavo in cenovno konkurenčna. Cilj naloge je bil izdelati projekt konstrukcije vključno s tehničnim navodilom, delavniškimi načrti ter navodili za obratovanje in vzdrževanje. Pri procesu konstruiranja so bile uporabljene analitične metode, izražene v obliki preračunov. Pri modeliranju, izdelavi trdnostnih preračunov po metodi končnih elementov ter izdelavi delavniških načrtov so bila uporabljena inženirska orodja. Konstruiranje dvižnih klešč je potekalo od izdelave statičnega izračuna in določitve profilov v začetni fazi, do izdelave načrtov. Konstrukcijske rešitve so plod inovativnega razmišljanja in kreativnega pristopa k obravnavani tematiki. Ustreznost konstrukcijskih rešitev je razvidna iz izdelave dvižnih klešč in njihove uporabe.

Title:Design of hydropower plant auxiliary gate lifting clamps
Abstract:The diploma paper introduces the process of designing the hydropower plant auxiliary gate lifting clamps. The lifting clamps design must meet all dimensional requirements and be designed to carry all the loads, while it must be fully efficient, easy to manufacture, and price competitive at the same time. The aim of the diploma paper was to design a construction project, including the technical instruction, workshop drawings and operation and maintenance instruction. The analytical methods in terms of calculations were used in the process of design. Modern engineering tools were included in modelling and in the production of hardness calculations by the finite element method. Modern engineering tools were also used in the production of workshop drawings. The lifting clamps design was carried out from static calculation and determining of the profiles in the initial phase to drawings design. Design solutions are the result of innovative thinking and a creative approach towards the discussed topic. The suitability of construction solutions is evident from lifting clamps production and their use.
