Abstract:Osnovni namen diplomskega dela je izdelati fotorealistično animacijo ognja v odprtokodnem animacijskem paketu Blender. Pri izdelavi smo uporabili metode, ki se v računalniški grafiki uporabljajo za vizualizacijo posebnih učinkov. Postopek izdelave in uporabljene metode smo podrobneje opisali. Na koncu smo analizirali različne vplive na doseganje realizma in vplive na časovno zahtevnost pri upodabljanju.

Title:Photorealistic fire visualization using Blender animation package
Abstract:The main purpose of the thesis was to create a photorealistic animation of fire using an open source animation package Blender. To achieve this goal, we utilized methods for visualization of special effects. We described in detail the process and the methods we used. In conclusion, we analyzed different influences on achieving realism and impacts on time consumption in rendering.
