Title:Razvoj kadrov v inženirskem podjetju

Abstract:Uspešnost podjetja pomeni doseganje ciljev s pomočjo ljudi, zato moramo znati ravnati s sodelavci, jih pritegniti, motivirati in razvijati, da bomo skupaj dosegali dobre rezultate. Imeti moramo dobro postavljen sistem izbiranja in ohranjanja kadrov, ki vodi v izbiro pravih ljudi za prava delovna mesta, ta pa v delovno učinkovito in uspešno podjetje. Podjetje, ki želi ostati konkurenčno, se mora zavedati, da se zdajšnje okolje hitro spreminja in je nepredvidljivo. Kakovostni kadri v vsakem podjetju so pogoj za uspeh in so ena izmed glavnih konkurenčnih prednosti, saj je od kvalitete, sposobnosti in usposobljenosti zaposlenih v podjetju odvisen uspeh podjetja. V magistrskem delu smo obravnavali določene elemente razvoja kadrov v inženirskem podjetju. V magistrski nalogi smo opozorili na pomen kadrov in pomembnost njihovega razvoja. Temeljno vlogo pri pripravi strategije razvoja kadrov v omenjenem podjetju nosita direktor in prokurist, ki morata tudi podpirati aktivnosti na področju razvoja kadrov. Na področju razvoja kadrov v družbi že obstajajo določene aktivnosti, ki smo jih preučili in na koncu podali mnenje kako bi lahko obstoječe stanje izboljšali. V empiričnem delu magistrskega dela smo prikazali rezultate ankete, ki smo jo izvedli med zaposlenimi v podjetju. Podatke, ki smo jih pridobili smo prikazali, analizirali, statistično obdelali in interpretirali. Predstavili smo ugotovitve mnenj glede elementov razvoja kadrov v podjetju, v raziskavi smo se usmerili predvsem na področja: motivacija, napredovanje in razvoj kariere, izobraževanje in usposabljanje, nagrajevanje in notranja komunikacija. Na osnovi teoretičnih spoznanj, analize obstoječega stanja in rezultatov raziskave smo podali ugotovitve in predloge za izboljšave stanja v podjetju.

Title:Human resource development in an engineering company
Abstract:The success of a company means achieving goals with the help of people, so we need to be able to handle, attract, motivate and develop colleagues in order to achieve good results together. We must have a well-established system of personnel selection and preservation, which leads to the selection of the right people for the right jobs, and this into an efficient and successful company. A company that wants to be in a competitive battle must be aware that today's environment is unpredictable and is changing rapidly. Quality personnel in each company are a prerequisite for success and are one of the main competitive advantages, as the success of the company depends on the quality, capability and competence of employees in the company. In the master's thesis we will discuss certain elements of personnel development in the engineering company. We will draw attention to the importance of human resources and their development. The main role in the preparation of the personnel development strategy in the aforementioned company lies with the director and procurators who must also support the activities in the field of personnel development. There are already some activities in the field of personnel development that will be examined and we will give an opinion on how the existing situation could be improved. In the empirical part of the master's thesis we will show the results of the survey conducted by the employees in the company. The data we have obtained will be displayed, analyzed, statistically processed and interpreted. We will present conclusions of the opinions regarding the elements of personnel development in the company. In the research we will focus primarily on the following areas: motivation, promotion in career development, education and training, rewarding and internal communication. On the basis of theoretical knowledge, analysis of the existing situation and results of research, we will make findings in the proposals for improvement of the situation in the company.
