Title:Izvedba optimalnega vpetja pri tankostenskih prizmatičnih in rotacijsko simetričnih obdelovancih

Abstract:V magistrskem delu smo se ukvarjali z optimalnim vpenjanjem tankostenskih obdelovancev. Pravilno vpetje surovca pri obdelavi tankostenskih surovcev je vedno zahtevna naloga. Podlago za določitev optimalnih vpenjalnih sil so predstavljale ravnotežne matrične enačbe. Sistem optimalnega vpetja smo razdelili na dva sklopa. V programskem okolju Matlab smo v prvem sklopu izvedli algoritem za preračun potrebnih vpenjalnih in pripadajočih podpornih sil iz matričnih enačb. Nato smo izvedli grafični prikaz vpenjalnih in podpornih sil s pomočjo grafičnega vmesnika. V drugem sklopu smo v obliki skripta vstavili algoritem preračuna sil v programsko okolje LabVIEW. Izračun se izvede na osnovi predpostavljenih idealnih položajev vpenjalnih in podpornih elementov. Izdelali smo programsko opremo, ki jo lahko uporabimo po posameznih segmentih.

Title:The implementation of the optimum clamping for the thin-walled prismatic and rotationally symmetric workpieces
Abstract:In this masters degree thesis it was dealt with the clamping of the thin-walled workpiece. Proper clamping of workpiece is a challenging task. First with matrix equilibrium analysis calculation of clamping force were made. The optimum clamping system is divided into two sets. With this calculation, supporting forces and necessary clamping forces for the workpiece was received. Using the development tool Matlab, calculations of matrix equations were made. The graphical display of clamping and support forces is made by using a graphical interface. In the second part the algorithm to the development tool LabVIEW was transferred. With this model we are able to predict optimum position of clamping and supporting elements. A program which can be used in separate segments was made.
