Vključili smo (i) stroške dela (modelna ocena ‒ 65 strojnih ur, 65 traktorskih ur, 260 ur delavcev), (ii) stroške materiala (fitofarmacevtska sredstva, gnojila, vodila) in (iii) stroške energije (kurilno olje, elektrika). Variabilni stroški pridelave hmelja so znašali 8.726,00 EUR/ha, od tega stroški dela 4.602,00 EUR/ha, stroški materiala 1.457,00 EUR/ha in stroški energije 2.667,00 EUR/ha. Za izračun pokritja smo upoštevali povprečni pridelek hmelja kmetije, to je 2.200 kg/ha, in povprečno doseženo prodajno ceno, to je 7,00 EUR/kg hmelja.

Title:Estimation of economics for hop production on farms
Abstract:We assessed the economics of a hop production on a farm in 2017. The sample farm from the Savinja valley has 12.26 ha of hop fields. It was an average hop farm size for Slovenia, growing the most sought after varieties on the market, the Slovenian hop varieties Aurora and Celeia. In the study, we evaluated the variable costs of hop production per hectare. We included (i) labor costs (model estimation - 65 machine hours, 65 tractor hours, 260 labor hours), (ii) material costs (plant protection products, fertilizers, twines) and (iii) energy costs (fuel oil, electricity). The variable costs of hop production on the farm amounted to 8.726,00 EUR/ha, of which labor costs were 4.602,00 EUR/ha, material costs were 1.457,00 EUR/ha, and energy costs was 2.667,00 EUR/ha. To calculate the gross margin, we took into account the average yield of hops on the farm, which was 2.200 kg/ha and the average sales hop price of 7.00 EUR/kg.
