Title:Gnojenje z različnimi odmerki dušika v ekološkem nasadu jablan (Malus domestica B.) sorte 'Topaz'

Abstract:Namen raziskave, ki smo jo leta 2015 in 2016 opravili na ekološki kmetiji Pavlič je bilo proučiti vpliv peletiranega organskega dušikovega gnojila na vegetativno rast, generativni razvoj ter parametre zrelosti plodov jablan sorte 'Topaz', ki so bila v četrti in peti rastni dobi. Drevesa smo spomladi leta 2015 in 2016 ročno pognojili z 0 kg N/ha, 40 kg N/ha, 70 kg N/ha ali 120 kg N/ha ter opravili klasično zimsko rez. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da je odmerek dušika 120 kg N/ha v primerjavi z odmerkom 0 kg N/ha v obeh letih poskusa statistično značilno povečal povprečno dolžino enoletnih poganjkov in prirast obsega debla. Število socvetij se leta 2015 med obravnavanji ni razlikovalo, v letu 2016 je bilo pri gnojenju s 120 kg N/ha (62 socvetij/drevo) statistično značilno večje, kot pri negnojenih drevesih (48 socvetij/drevo). Rezultati (leta 2015) so pri drevesih, ki so bila pognojena s 40 kg N/ha pokazali statistično značilno najvišjo gostoto pridelka (4,98 plodov/cm2 preseka debla), pri gnojenju 120 kg N/ha smo izmerili največje število plodov na drevo (6,45 plodov/drevo). Pri prvem in drugem vzorčenju plodov za zrelostni test je bila trdota mesa plodov najvišja pri gnojenju z odmerkom 120 kg N/ha.

Title:Fertilisation with Different Nitrogen Dosages in an Organic Orchard of 'Topaz' Apple Trees (Malus domestica B.)
Abstract:The purpose of the research performed in 2015 and 2016 at the organic farm Pavlič, in a four-year old orchard of 'Topaz' trees, was to analyze the influence of organic nitrogen fertilizer on vegetative growth, generative development, and parameters of ripeness of the'Topaz' fruits' internal quality, which were in the fourth and fifth growing season. Trees were fertilized by hand, in spring of 2015 and 2016 with a one-time measure of 0, 40, 70, and 120 kg N/ha, and we did a classic winter cut. The results have shown that in both years of the experiment, the dose of 120 kg N/ha, in comparison with the dose of 0 kg N/ha, has statistically significantly increased the average length of first year sprout and growth on the perimeter of the branch/trunk. The number of inflorescence in 2015 did not differ during treatments, but in 2016 there was more control (48 inflorescence) with 120 kg N/ha (62 inflorescence). The results of measurements (in 2015) in trees, fertilized with 40 kg N/ha, showed the highest statistically significant harvest density (4,98 product (cm2 section of trunk), and in fertilization with 120 kg N/ha, we measured the highest number of fruits on a tree (6,45 fruits/tree). At first and second sampling of the fruit/product for ripeness test, the callousness of the product’s meat was highest in fertilization with the dose of 120 kg N/ha.
