Title:Analiza ravnanja z izrabljenimi gumami v sloveniji in povzročeni okoljski vplivi

Abstract:Smo manjše podjetje, ki se ukvarja s transportom izrabljenih avtomobilskih gum (IAG). V diplomskem delu bomo skušali v prvem delu prikazati teoretične osnove ter potek postopka pri ravnanju z IAG. Smo mikro podjetje z osmimi zaposlenimi in pretežno delegacijskim načinom vodenja podjetja. Vsak povzročitelj IAG (vulkanizerji, transportna podjetja, javne komunalne službe) odda naročilo za odvoz, ki ga izpolni na spletu, pri čemer vnese količino in vrsto pnevmatik. Naročilo se zabeleži pri nosilcu izvajanja skupnega načrta ravnanja z IAG, družbi Slopak, ki naročilo posreduje enemu od treh podizvajalcev. To so podjetje Sme-tra d. o. o. in dve konkurenčni podjetji, Rebolkop d. o. o. in Get-inzeniring d. o. o. Za vsako pobrano naročilo se izdela evidenčni list, kjer se zavedejo naslov povzročitelja, naslov predelovalca, datum in količina IAG. Evidenčni list se odda družbi Arso in služi povzročiteljem kot dokazilo o odstranitvi IAG, družbi Arso pa tudi za statistične podatke. V drugem in tretjem delu pa sledi opis težav, ki jih podjetje opaža pri poslovanju, možnosti izboljšav in poslovanja z manj stroški. Glavna težava, ki jo podjetje opaža, je, da je količina IAG večja, kot je sposobnost predelovalcev. Iz tega sledi, da Slovenija nujno potrebuje predelavo pnevmatik. Ker so predelovalci večinoma v tujini, cementarna v Avstriji in snovna predelava na Hrvaškem, to pomeni, da se vse gume transportirajo v tujino, kar predstavlja transportne stroške in okoljske vplive. Prav tako pa plačilo za vse te gume odteka v tujino. V diplomskem delu bomo predstavili, koliko bi privarčevali z rešitvijo omenjenih težav. Prva rešitev je ekonomska in se nanaša na to, koliko privarčujemo v primeru lastne predelave, ko strošek transporta odpade. Druga pa se nanaša na to, koliko omilimo okoljske vplive, ki so v zadnjem času vedno bolj vroča tema.

Title:Analysis of the management of end-of-life tyres in slovenia and environmental impacts
Abstract:We present a small company which deals with the transport of worn car tyres (WCTs). In the first part of the diploma thesis, we will try to show the theoretical background and the process of the procedure when handling the WCTs. We present a micro company with eight employees, mostly using a delegation mode of leading the company. Any WCT causer (vulcanizers, transport companies, public utilities) hands in a commission for the removal of WCTs online, providing the quantity and the sort of pneumatics. The order is taken by the company Slopak, the leader of carrying out the joint plan of handling WCTs, which then forwards the order to one of the three subcontractors. The subcontractors are the company Sme-tra d. o. o. and two other rival companies, Rebolkop d. o. o. and Get-inzeniring d. o. o. Along with every taken order, an information sheet with the address of the causer, the address of the processor, the date and the quantity of WCTs is made. The information sheet is handed over to the company Arso and serves as proof of the WCTs removal and as statistical information for the company Arso. The second and third parts consist of a description of issues in the business flow, options for improvement and leading the business with less expenses. The main issue noticed by the company is that the number of WCTs is bigger than the processors' capacities. Thus, Slovenia urgently needs a tyre processing plant. Because the plants are mostly located abroad, the cement factory in Austria and the material processor in Croatia, all the tyres are transported abroad, which results in transport expenses and environmental influences. Furthermore, all payment for the tyres goes to foreign countries. The diploma thesis presents how much we would save by solving these issues. The first solution is economical and deals with the amount of money saved when the tyres are processed in Slovenia, thus saving on the transport expenses. The second solution shows how much we alleviate the environmental influences, which have become an ever hotter topic recently.
