Title:Vpliv neto samooskrbe z električno energijo na odjemalce in razdeljevalno omrežje

Abstract:Zaradi zagotavljanja predpisane kakovosti električne energije vsem odjemalcem, priključenim na razdeljevalno omrežje, je nujno potrebno ugotoviti, kakšen vpliv na odjemalce in razdeljevalno omrežje ima sprejeta Uredba o samooskrbi z električno energijo iz obnovljivih virov energije (Ur. l. RS, št. 97/15). V magistrski nalogi je izvedena analizo stanja neto samooskrbe v Sloveniji. Prikazani so poteki dnevnih diagramov porabe in proizvodnje za različen tip neto samooskrbe z električno energijo iz obnovljivih virov energije, merjene s števcem električne energije in z instrumentom za ugotavljanje kakovosti napetostnih razmer. Na realnem srednjenapetostnem in nizkonapetostnem omrežju je izvedena simulacija napetostnih profilov, za primer stoodstotne neto samooskrbe, na podlagi letnih izmerjenih podatkov. Naštetih je več sistemskih ukrepov za širšo vpeljavo neto samooskrbe, najpomembnejši je možnost zniževanja napetosti z generacijo jalove moči.

Title:The impact of yearly net self-sufficient electricity supply on consumers and electricity distribution network
Abstract:In order to ensure that all consumers who are connected to a distribution grid are provided the same quality of electricity supply, it is necessary to determine what kind of impact the Decree on self-supply of electricity from the renewable energy sources (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 97/15) has on the consumer and on the distribution grid. In this Master’s thesis, I examined the current state of net self-sufficient energy supply in Slovenia. Using electricity meters and power quality analysers, I diagrammed the daily production and consumption for different types of net self-sufficient energy supply from renewable energy sources. Based on annual data from the electric utility, I performed a simulation of voltage profiles in a real medium-voltage and low-voltage power grid – in a scenario in which net self-sufficient energy supply is at 100%. I also listed a number of systemic measures that could help increase the level of net self-sufficient energy supply, the most important of them being the possibility of lowering voltage by generating reactive power.
