Title:Ocena učinkovitosti sanacije poškodb objekta povzročenih v neurju

Abstract:Diplomsko delo obravnava sanacijo poškodb na kulturnema domu v Zgornji Koreni, katere je povzročilo neurje na dan 10.8.2017. Obravnavane so posledice odkritja strehe - zamočenost tal, zidov in sten, ter sanacijski postopki, ki so bili izvedeni. Neurje je poškodovalo streho do te mere, da je v objekt neposredno deževalo. Pri vseh takšnih pojavih se išče vzrok zakaj je do tega prišlo. Obstajal je sum, da je vzrok v nepravilno izbrani vrsti kritine, saj je objekt lociran na grebenu hriba. Pločevina je neprepustna na zrak zato je v neurju odtrgalo celotno kritino in poškodovalo ostrešje. Narejena je bila aerodinamična analiza, ki je sum potrdila. Smotrno bi bilo izbrati opečno ali betonsko kritino, ki je težja in bolj prepustna, zato v primeru podobnih ekstrmnih neurijh poškodbe ne bi bile tako obsežne.

Title:Efficiency evaluation of the thunderstorm damage reconstruction
Abstract:The diploma thesis deals with the repairs of the damage on the building of the community cultural center in Zgornja Korena. The damages were caused by a heavy storm on 10th August 2017. The thesis deals with the consequences after a heavy storm with massive rainfall and wind that ripped off the roof of the building such as flooded floors, wet walls and the measurements and procedures taken after, to repair the damage. The storm damaged the roof to the point, that it literally rained inside the building. In this types of incidents it is normal to search for reasons why it occurred in the first place. A primary suspicion was made that the fault is in the type of roofing, especially regarding the position of the building, that is located directly on the ridge of the hill. The sheet metal roof doesn't allow the wind to penetrate and that is why the strong wind ripped off the roof in one piece. An analysis of aerodynamic was made after the incident that confirmed the initial suspicions. The correct approach would be to initially choose more traditional tile roof system, that is heavier as a construction and less wind resistant, so in similar conditions of extreme storms the damages would not be so extensive.
