Abstract:Vzporedni pojav slovenskega slovaropisja je njegova kritika. Na raznovrstne slovarske opise slovenskega jezika se opazneje in odmevneje odziva zadnji dve stoletji. Večjega kritičnega odziva so bili deležni zlasti slovarski priročniki splošnega značaja, kakršna sta Slovar slovenskega knjižnega jezika (1970–1991) in Slovenski pravopis (2001). V prispevku bo predstavljen obseg kritike slovarjev, njena tipologija in vpliv, ob vzorčnih primerih pa tudi glavni kritični poudarki.

Title:Slovene lexicography and critique
Abstract:A parallel phenomenon to Slovene lexicography has been its critique, which has been brought to the fore only in the past two centuries. Lexicographic works of a general nature received the most significant critical response, i. e., the Slovar slovenskega knjižnega jezika [Dictionary of Standard Slovene] (1970–1991) and Slovenski pravopis [Slovene Orthography] (2001). The article presents the scope of lexicographic critique, its typology and impact, as well as the main critical issues, along with some sample material.
