Title:Prometno-varnostna analiza s predlogom rekonstrukcije križišča v bližini naselja Hrastovsko

Abstract:V magistrskem delu bo narejena prometno-varnostna analiza s predlogom rekonstrukcije križišča v bližini naselja Hrastovsko. Razloženo bo izvajanje prometno-varnostnega pregleda (RSI), ki služi za določanje vseh morebitnih pomanjkljivosti, zaradi katerih prihaja/lahko pride do nastanka prometnih nesreč. Na podlagi prometno-varnostnega pregleda ali podatkov o prometnih nesrečah se predlagajo ukrepi z namenom izboljšanja prometne varnosti. Najpogostejša mesta (konfliktne točke), na katerih prihaja/lahko pride do prometnih nesreč, so križišča. Konfliktne točke v območju križišča je potrebno urediti s pomočjo ustreznih ukrepov za izboljšanje prometne varnosti. V nekaterih primerih se zaradi nevarnosti ali neprepustnosti obstoječih križišč predlaga sprememba oblike križišča. Izbira optimalne ureditve križišča se določa na podlagi več kriterijev, ki bodo navedeni in razloženi v magistrskem delu. Predstavljena bodo teoretična izhodišča, ki se bodo nanašala na obravnavani primer štirikrakega križišča, ki se nahaja v bližini naselja Hrastovsko. Izvedeni bosta projektno-varnostna in prometnotehnična analiza obstoječega stanja, na podlagi katerih bodo izdelane variante rekonstrukcije obravnavanega križišča.

Title:Traffic safety analysis with a proposal for the reconstruction of the intersection near the settlement Hrastovsko
Abstract:The master's thesis will include traffic safety analysis with the proposal of reconstrucion of the intersection nearby settlement of Hrastovsko. Road safety insception (RSI) which serves to identify any possible deficiencies that results/may result traffic accident will be explained. Measures are proposed based on road safety inspection or data of traffic accidents, in order to improve traffic safety. Most recent places (conflict points) in which traffic accidents occur/can occur are intersections. Conflict points have to be resolved with an appropriate traffic safety measures for improving traffic safety. In some cases, due to the hazard issues impermeability of existing intersection, the change of the shape of intersections is proposed. The choice of optimal arrangement intersection is determined on the basis of several criteria, which will be listed and explained in master's thesis. The theory will be applied on four-way intersection example, which is located near the settlement of Hrastovsko. A project-safety and project-technical analysis of the existing condition will be carried out on the basis of which two variants of the reconstruction will be constructed.
