Title:Understanding of crop rotation in different production systems
Abstract:We found out with the analysis of 175 questionars from the year 2012, that three quarters of farms are smaller than 10 ha, that largest shares of fields (41,0 %) is intended for animal feeds, that 51,0 % of asked still uses conventional production system, while other stayed organic or integrated production system. 70,0 % of farmers confirmed asked crop-rotation is exceptional or very important, that only 6.1 % are giving production of one crop, other are giving two- or multiyear crop-rotation. More than half of asked farmer sare checking of content of humus in the soil. They include a lucerne for better adaptation to dry circumstances. Disturbing finding is, that 21,9 % of asked not have enough of information about crop-rotation, but they also don't search for them.
