Abstract:V magistrskem delu je predstavljena avtomatizacija stroja za vstavljanje statorjev z uporabo robotske roke proizvajalca ABB, modelom IRB 120 ter industrijske kamere Omron FQ2-S15100F. Natančno je razložen postopek vstavljanja statorjev. Predstavljena je zasnova sistema ter programiranje kamere, robota in servokrmilnikov. Podrobno je predstavljen program PLK, ki je skrbel za krmiljenje celotnega procesa. V prilogah se nahaja natančna predstavitev uporabljene strojne in programske opreme.

Title:Automatization of the machine for inserting the stators using the robotic arm and the machine vision
Abstract:The aim of the thesis is to present the automatization of the machine for inserting stators with ABB robot arm (model IRB 120) and industrial camera Omron FQ2-S15100F. The insertion process is explained in detail. The system design and programming of the camera, robot and servo controllers are presented. The PLC program for controlling the entire process is also presented in detail. Hardware and software, that is used in the system, is described in attachments.
