Abstract:	V magistrskem delu je predstavljen koncept izdelave avtomatizirane celice za pregled in odrez ERMET kontaktov. Koncept sem moral razviti, ker še takšne celice trenutno ni na tržišču. Za izdelavo koncepta celice sem moral najprej preučiti trenutno stanje proizvodne linije in napake, ki se pojavljajo med samim procesom izdelave kontakta. Ugotovil sem vrste in vzroke napak.. Najpogostejša in kritična napaka je vizualni izgled kontakta. S konceptom in kasnejšo realizacijo bi ta problem rešili. Pri načrtovanju celice sem bil omejen s stroški in prostorom. Za izdelan koncept je bilo na koncu potrebno narediti analizo. S pomočjo analize sem prišel do rezultatov trenutnega koncepta in možnosti izboljšav. Cilj magistrske naloge je bila priprava koncepta, ki bo osnova za izdelavo in realizacijo nadgradnje avtomatizirane proizvodne linije. Magistrska naloga vsebuje opis trenutnega stanja, izdelavo koncepta, gradnike in analizo koncepta.

Title:	CREATION OF AUTOMATED INSPECTION AND CUTTING CELL FOR ERMET CONTACTS
Abstract:	In the master's work, the concept of creating an automated cell for the examination and cutting of ERMET contacts is presented. I had to develop the concept because such cells are not currently on the market. To build a cell concept, first I had to examine the current state of the production line and the errors that occurred during the process of making a contact. I came to the conclusion of what kind of errors are occurring and where the causes are. The most common and critical mistake is the visual appearance of the contact. The concept and later the realization would solve this problem. When designing a cell, I was limited by the cost and space. At the end, an analysis was needed to produce the concept. With the help of the analysis I came to the results of the current concept and what are the possible improvements. The aim of the master's work was the preparation of the concept, which will be the basis for the production and realization of the upgrade and the automated production line. The master's work contains a description of the current state, the construction of the concept, the building blocks, and the analysis of the concept
