Title:Nasilje v zdravstvenih zavodih nad zaposlenimi : diplomsko delo visokošolskega študijskega programa Varnost in policijsko delo

Abstract:Glavna tema diplomskega dela je nasilje v zdravstvenih zavodih nad zaposlenimi. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo najprej opredelili pojem nasilnega vedenja in agresije ter nasilja v zdravstveni dejavnosti. Našteli smo vrste in oblike nasilja, ki se dogajajo nad zaposlenimi v zdravstveni dejavnosti, nato pa smo se opredelili na nasilje nad zaposlenimi v zdravstvenih zavodih. Ugotovili smo, kdo izmed zaposlenih je najbolj izpostavljen nasilnemu vedenju. Opredelili smo vzroke nasilja nad zaposlenimi, katera je najbolj pogosta oblika nasilja, našteli dejavnike tveganja za nasilje v zdravstvenih zavodih in na koncu našteli preventivne ukrepe pri preprečevanju nastajanja nasilnega vedenja. V drugem, empiričnem delu smo v diplomskem delu predstavili raziskovalno metodo, in sicer anketni vprašalnik. Anketo smo izvedli med zdravstvenimi delavci, natančneje medicinskimi sestrami v Zdravstvenem domu Bežigrad. Zanimalo nas je, s strani koga in nad kom so najpogosteje izvedene oblike nasilja in kateri obliki nasilja so zaposleni najpogosteje izpostavljeni. Zanimalo nas je, ali se zaposleni varno počutijo na delovnem mestu, koliko dejansko nadrejenim poročajo o nastalih nasilnih dogodkih, ki se dogajajo nad njimi in o tem, kako bi preprečili nasilje nad zaposlenimi. Cilj diplomskega dela je bil potrditi ali ovreči zadane hipoteze. Prav zato smo v zaključnem delu navedli ugotovitve, ki smo jih pridobili skozi diplomskega delo in na podlagi le-te zadane hipoteze ovrgli oziroma potrdili.

Title:Violence against employees in health care centres
Abstract:The main topic of the graduation thesis is violence against employees in healthcare institutions. The graduation thesis consists of the theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part, we first defined the notion of violent behaviour, aggression and violence in the healthcare. We have listed the existing types and forms of violence against the healthcare employees and thereafter performed the research of the violence against the employees in healthcare institutions. We have determined the category of employees which is most exposed to violent behaviour. We have identified the causes of violence against employees, the most common forms of violence, the risk factors for violence in healthcare institutions, and, in the end, we have listed preventive measures against the emergence of violent behaviour. In the second, empirical, part of the graduation thesis, we have presented the research method, namely the survey questionnaire. The survey was carried out among healthcare staff, more precisely the nurses in the Bežigrad Unit of the Community Health Centre. We wanted to find out by whom and against whom the most common forms of violence were most often exerted. We also wanted to know if employees feel safe at work, to what extent they actually report the violent incidents exerted against them to their superiors, and how to prevent the violence against the healthcare employees. The goal of the graduation thesis has been to confirm or deny the given hypothesis. For this purpose, in the Conclusion, we have presented our findings obtained in this graduation thesis, on the basis of which we have denied or confirmed our hypotheses.
