Title:Preprečevanje vnosa prepovedanih predmetov in substanc v zavode za prestajanje kazni zapora : diplomsko delo visokošolskega študijskega programa Varnost in policijsko delo

Abstract:Ena od nalog pravosodnih policistov v zavodih za prestajanje kazni zapora je, da zagotavljajo varnost, red in disciplino. Tako imajo na voljo različne ukrepe in eden od njih je, da zadržijo in zasežejo nedovoljene predmete oz. substance.V zavodih za prestajanje kazni zapora se letno zaseže veliko nedovoljenih predmetov in substanc in izhajajoč iz letnih poročil Uprave RS za izvrševanje kazenskih sankcij (URSIKS) to število z leti narašča. V diplomskem delu smo se osredotočili na mnenje pravosodnih policistov glede usposobljenosti za preprečevanje vnosa prepovedanih predmetov in substanc in njihov pogled ter predloge na izboljšave sistema preprečitve vnosa prepovedanih predmetov in substanc. Opredelili in pregledali smo vse vrste usposabljanja po internih virih, ki jih pripravlja URSIKS, z namenom, da se v zavode zmanjša vnos prepovedanih predmetov in substanc. Pravosodni policist mora biti za preprečitev in odkrivanje vnosa prepovedanih predmetov in substanc pravilno usposobljen, pri čemer pa je potrebno, da je seznanjen, kaj so prepovedani predmeti in substance, ter v kakšni obliki se lahko nahajajo (npr. telefon v obliki avtomobila igrače). To pomeni, da mora pri svojem delu uporabljati sodobne tehnike in naprave za odkrivanje poskusov vnosa prepovedanih predmetov in substanc, ter biti ažurno obveščen o oblikah nedovoljenih predmetov in o obstoječih nedovoljenih substancah.

Title:Prevention of taking prohibited objects and substances in the prison
Abstract:The purpose of the thesis was to present the ways and means of detecting and thereby preventing entry of prohibited objects and substances. We studied the opinion of the judical police officers about competence to prevent entry of prohibited objcts and substances in prison and their views and suggestions for improving the system of preventing the entry of prohibited objects and substances. We introduces existing judical institutions in Slovenia, special attention was paid to the Dob Prison, the largest prison in Slovenia whwre prisoners serve the longest sentences. Furthermore, we delineated the qualities of the judical police offiers and their duties. We presented data on interceptions of illegal drugs and other intoxicating substances and prohibited items in Slovenian prisons from year 2007 to 2016
